This lotion has saved my winter hands! I have extremely dry skin in the winter. My hands get painfully red and rough. I am so glad to have found this lotion because nothing I have ever tried in the past brought me any releif. I definitely prefer the fragance free version. While I do love the scent of vanilla, the vanilla scent was too overpowering for me.
